Who needs outstaffing, and why
Outstaffing solves a narrow but common problem: a company already has a team, but for internal reasons — headcount optimization, investor requirements, simplified reporting — those people need to be formally employed by an outside party rather than by the company itself. The actual work, duties, and day-to-day management of each employee stay exactly the same; they continue working in the same role, in the same place.
What the contractor actually takes on
We put the employee on our own payroll, handle HR recordkeeping, calculate and pay wages, cover taxes and contributions, and prepare reporting for the relevant authorities. The client is relieved of the administrative burden of carrying these positions on its own books, but continues to assign tasks and evaluate performance exactly as it would for a direct employee. In effect, the paperwork moves to us while the working relationship stays exactly where it already was.
What stays the same for the employee
For the employee, a well-run transition to outstaffing is operationally invisible: same desk, same tasks, same manager. What changes is the formal employer of record — an administrative shift, not a substantive one, and we explain that clearly to the employee during the transition, including how it affects their contract, benefits, and record of employment.
Moving part of a team, not all of it
There's no requirement to move an entire department or company onto outstaffing — often it's a targeted move for a specific group of roles, such as a temporary project team or a division with unusual reporting needs. We agree the list of employees individually, with no minimum volume attached, and the transition is planned so that payroll continuity for each person isn't interrupted at any point during the switch.
How it differs from outsourcing and leasing
Outstaffing is the one model of the three where we're not sourcing people — your employees are already in place, and we simply re-employ them formally. If the task is instead finding new people and managing their work end to end, that's Staff Outsourcing; if you need temporary staff for a short project, that's Staff Leasing. Which one fits often becomes clear once you look at whether you're solving a hiring problem or an employment-structure problem.
The legal foundation
Employment is structured in full compliance with Ukrainian labor law — the employment contract, social guarantees, and required contributions all remain in place; only the employer of record changes.
